This sleeve is 100% wood and designed to replace the aluminum or titanium heat shields of the Tempest v2. These retain the original design's airflow control feature: spin the sleeve to shut down stem airflow as desired (note, placing an o-ring at the heater end between the crown and Sleeve provides a tighter seal.
